CAT C15 Main Bearing capscrews
step 1 = 95 Nm, 70 lb.ft
step 2 = 260 Nm, 190 lb.ft
step 3 = + 120 degrees

CAT C15 Connecting Rod Bolts
step 1 = 90 Nm, 6 lb.ft
step 2 = + 90 degrees


CAT C15 C16 C18 Diesel Engine Cylinder Head Bolt Tightening Torques

 

CAT C15 C16 C18 Cylinder Head Bolts
Step 1 = 200 lb.ft, 270 Nm
Step 2 = 330 lb.ft, 450 Nm
Step 3 = (repeat step2)
