Step 2 = 100 lb.ft, 136 Nm
Multiple Steps until 350 lb.ft, 475 Nm
Step x = Loosen
Multiple Steps x+1 = 90 lb.ft, 122 Nm
Multiple Steps x+2 = 180 lb.ft, 244 Nm
finally in 2 steps 
advance total of 60 degrees
