John Deere 6076 Main Bearing
203 Nm (150 lb-ft)
John Deere 6076 Connecting Rod Bolts
Step 1 = 27 Nm (20 lb.ft)
Step 2 = 75 Nm (55 lb.ft)
Step 3 = Plus 90-100 degrees
John Deere 6076 Cylinder Head bolts, torques and torque diagrams
TORQUE-TURN FLANGED-HEAD CAP
SCREWS—GRADE 180
Insert the different length bolts in the following positions
134mm (5.2in) 2,3,4,5,6,7
149mm (5.9in) 23,25,17,21,19
175mm(6.9in) 1,15,14,13,12,11,10,8
203mm (8.0in)16,20,22,18,26,24,9
Lubricate the bolts with SAE30 oil before beginning the toque process
Tighten in the following steps:
Step 1 Bolt number 17 = 100 Nm, 75 lb.ft
Step 2 all bolts = 100 Nm, 75 lb.ft
Step 3 all bolts = 125 Nm, 95 lb.ft
Step 4 all bolts = + 90-100 degrees
Total = 90-100 degrees

SCREWS MARKED “SPECIAL”
Insert the different length bolts in the following positions
134mm (5.2in) 2,3,4,5,6,7
149mm (5.9in) 23,25,17,21,19
175mm(6.9in) 1,15,14,13,12,11,10,8
203mm (8.0in)16,20,22,18,26,24,9
Lubricate the bolts with SAE30 oil before beginning the toque process
Tighten in the following steps:
Step 1 Bolt number 17 = 80 Nm, 60 lb.ft
Step 2 all bolts = 80 Nm, 60 lb.ft
Step 3 all bolts = + 90 degrees
Step 4 all bolts = + 90 degrees
Step 5 all bolts = + 90 degrees
Total = 270 degrees
