Connecting Rod Bolt torque, in-line engines
 
Step 1: Tighten 25 Nm, 18 lb.ft
Step 2: Further 90 degrees

Connecting Rod Bolt torque, v6 642 engine
 
Preparation - mark the Connecting Rod Bolts
nearest one = 'A' the other one = 'B'

Step 1, bolt A = 11 lb.ft, 15 Nm
Step 2, bolt B = 15 lb.ft, 20 Nm
Step 3, bolt A = 22 lb.ft, 30 Nm
Step 4, bolt B = 29 lb.ft, 40 Nm
Step 5, bolt A = 29 lb.ft, 40 Nm
Step 6, bolt A = + 90 degrees
Step 7, bolt B = + 90 degrees
Step 8, bolt A = further 90 degrees
Step 9, bolt B = further 90 degrees

Main Bearing Bolt torque, in-line engines
 
step 1 = 39.5 lb.ft, 55 Nm
step 2 = Further 90 degrees

Main Bearing Bolt torque, V6 642 engine
 
Main Bolts
Step 1: Tighten 35 Nm, 25 lb.ft
Step 2: Further 95 degrees
Step 3: Further 95 degrees
Side Bolts (M10)
Step 1: Bolts 1-8 53 Nm, 22 lb.ft
Step 2: Further 95 degrees

4 cylinder 611 engine, Cylinder Head Bolt torque
 
Step 1 (M12 bolts) = 10 lb.ft, 15 Nm
Step 2 (M8 bolts) = 15 lb.ft, 20 Nm
Step 3 (M12 bolts) = 44 lb.ft, 60 Nm
Step 4 (M8 bolts) Check 15 lb.ft, 20 Nm
Step 5 (M12 bolts) = +90 degrees
Step 6 (M12 bolts) = + further 90 degrees

5 cylinder 612 engine, Cylinder Head Bolt torque
 
Step 1 (M12 bolts) = 10 lb.ft, 15 Nm
Step 2 (M8 bolts) = 15 lb.ft, 20 Nm

Step 4 (M8 bolts) Check 15 lb.ft, 20 Nm
Step 5 (M12 bolts) = +90 degrees
