ADE 314 Essential Diesel Engine Bolt Tightening Torques

 
ADE 314 Main Bearing Bolt torque
 

M14 bolts:
from engine No 000283 140 Nm
M15 bolts:
Step 1 = 50 Nm
Step 2 + 90-110 degrees

ADE 314 Connecting Rod Bolt torque  

M12 Serrated con rod bolts:
Step 1 = 50 Nm
Step 2 + 90-100 degrees
M14 and M15 bolts:
Step 1 = 100 Nm
Step 2 + 90-110 degrees

ADE 314 Cylinder Head Bolt torque  

Step1 = 60 Nm
Step2 = 90 Nm
Step3 = 120 Nm
