Hino S05 Essential Diesel Engine Bolt Tightening Torques

 

Hino S05 Main Bearing Bolts
Step1 = 70 Nm
Step2 = loosen
Step3 = 70 Nm
Step4 = + 90 degrees
Step5 = + 45 degrees

Hino S05 Connecting Rod Bolts
Step1 = 70 Nm
Step2 = + 90 degrees
Step3 = + 45 degrees

M12 bolt No. 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17
Step1 = 60 Nm
Step2 = + 90 degrees
Step3 = + 90 degrees
M12 bolt No. 4, 5, 12, 13
Step1 = 60 Nm
Step2 = + 90 degrees
Step3 = + 135 degrees
M12 bolt No. 3, 6, 11, 14, 18
Step1 = 60 Nm
Step2 = + 90 degrees
Step3 = + 180 degrees
M10 bolts bolt No. 19, 20, 21
Step1 = 60 Nm
