Main Bearing Capscrews

Undercrankcase to Crankcase

Outer screws: M12x1.75
Inner screws: M18x2

Step 1 = Outer screws 30 Nm
Step 2 = Inner screws 120 Nm
Step 3 = Inner screws + 60 degrees
Step 4 = Inner screws + 55 degrees
Step 5 = Outer screws + 60 degrees

Connecting Rod Bolts

Step 1 = 120 Nm
Step 2 = + 60 degrees
Step 3 = + 30 degrees

Cylinder Head Bolts

Step 1 = 60 Nm
Step 2 = 120 Nm
Step 3 = + 90 degrees
Step 4 = + 45 degrees for bolts:
               4,5,12,20,21

Step 5 = + 65 degrees for bolts:
               1,2,3,6,7,8,9,10,11,
               14,15,16,17,18,19
               22,23,24,25,26
