OM364 Essential Diesel Engine Bolt Tightening Torques

 
OM364 Main Bearing Bolts 

12pt bolts:
50 Nm + 90-100 degrees
Hex bolts:
80-90 Nm + 90-100 degrees

OM364 Connecting Rod Bolts 

step 1 = 40-50 Nm
step 2 + 90-100 degrees

OM364 Cylinder Head Bolts 

Stage 1 = 60 Nm
Stage 2 = 90 Nm
Stage 3 = 120-130 Nm
Stage 4 + 90-100 degrees
