1.00 Identify causes of defects!
2.00 Remove the causes of defects!
3.00 Stick to the rules!
(like read your workshop manual and follow the procedures carefully.

Getting a Six Sigma rating is great achievement!

Bear in mind, Six Sigma is the top of the ladder,
but steps 1,2,3,4 and 5 are on the way to the top!

Your engine must start the first time, every time.
The reliability of the ISL has been enhanced
through the use of Six Sigma design tools.

If your 2-stroke diesel engine has enough power and does not smoke excessively
then your air box pressures are probably within the normal ranges,
or right.
